Take everything off the top of it. Wash it down and then selectively put back the items that you are using and those give you pleasure. Put everything else away. Do this weekly. In a previous article, I reviewed legislation in the mid-1990’s that, while well intentioned, resulted in the near collapse of the health insurance market in the New Hampshire, and severely limited the choices available to consumers. New rules are intended to remedy the earlier failed policy.
